Hotel Aurelia Antica, in Rome conferences decorate with street art

The large hotel-conference complex Reginal Hotel Aurelia Antica becomes a public work of art for the city and its millions of visitors. It is on its vast surfaces in fact that in one month a monumental painting work has been created “Roma 0116” by the artist Teo Pirisi, known as Moneyless, and the monumental diptych “Don’t Care" by the very young artist Salvo Ligama who decorated the facades of the Conference Centre.


A functional transformation and integration project though applied arts curated by 999Contemporary and commissioned by the Reginal Hotels, writes Velino Agv News: these are two works of great impact and benefit to the city, the area, the guests of the hotel and the conference centre. The Roma Aurelia Antica is found in fact in a strategic position a few minutes away from Via Aurelia and the Great Ring Road and is connected to the city centre by a convenient shuttle service. 


There are 270 rooms, services include an equipped gym with terrace and an open air swimming pool surrounded by gardens, various restoration spaces where one can taste the best dishes of Italian cuisine and the creations of the barmen, internal parking with 150 places and business centre in the hall with internet, computer and printers. Vast – and now also decorated – the conference centre with 16 meeting rooms capable of hosting conferences and meetings for up to 700 people. The wi-fi connection is available all over the hotel.
