Hotel de la Ville Monza, meetings all inclusive until February are on promotion

January and February are the right months to organise a meeting in Monza, very close to Milan. The Hotel de la Ville, the elegant luxury four stars with view over Villa Reale, makes available for companies and meeting planners its halls and its staff at very special rates. 

Up to the 28th February 2017, in fact, the facility offers a price for the rooms starting at 99 Euros with American Buffet Breakfast included, whereas the quote for the Day Meeting starts at only 65 Euros per participant, for a minimum of 15 participants per group. The formula includes two rich coffee break, gourmet lunch prepared by the Derby Grill restaurant, rental of meeting rooms and basic equipment. There are many services available for the guests: the hotel, found in a nineteenth century mansion, has 70 rooms of various typology, internal parking, high speed internet coverage, restaurant, bar, multi-language staff. 

As regards the spaces for meetings, the Hotel de la Ville has five meetings rooms all with natural lighting, the main one of which is capable of hosting up to 200 guests. The basic equipment includes latest generation Epson video-projector, screens, amplification and audiovisual system, high speed internet.
