Meininger Hotels, will debut in Milan in 2018: the signboard on a hotel of 131 rooms, with design and informality
Milan will have a new hotel in 2018. The announcement, fresh out of press, comes from Meininger Hotels, international company that signed an agreement with Beni Stabili, a company listed in the Stock exchange, specialised in real estate. The agreement between the two businesses includes a twenty year rental (plus a further five years), by Meininger, of an entire building found in Piazza Monte Titano, a very short distance away from Lambrate Station.
At its opening, due at the beginning of 2018, the hotel will have 131 rooms and original common areas, and will be also excellently served by public transport. before its debut, however, the entire building – with a total area of over 7,000 metres squared, will undergo a total restyling according to Meininger standards. The hotel group, in fact, presents in all its facilities rooms with flexible design – perfect for rest but also for work – common areas to be enjoyed according to the needs of each one, spaces for food services promoting conviviality and also play areas. Equally available for the business and corporate groups target, the hotels of the chain always offer free wi-fi and informal, but equipped, spaces for meetings. All this within an interior design that mirrors the “spirit” of the city in which they are found.
