Naples hosts the third annual ASQ forum, with representatives from 60 airports: the city chosen also for the quality of the Capodichino airport
After the forums organised in Australia and Ecuador, it is Naples’ turn to host the third annual appointment ASQ (Airport Service Quality). The event, ongoing till the 2nd December, sees the participation of over 120 delegates, coming from 30 countries, representing 60 airports. The international event is held to bring together operators from the airport world on the best practices to apply in the single realities that go from Singapore to Brazil passing through Europe.
Naples has been chosen as the location also thanks to the growth, constant in the last 4 years, of the satisfaction index of the Airport of Capidichino managed by Gesac (first airport in Italy, among those joining, in 2015).”The choice of Naples – declares Armando Brunini, AD of Gesac and Chairman of the Convention Bureau of Naples – is an acknowledgment to the work done by all the operators from the tourism world of the city. Naples is gaining more and more success and is attracting international attention for its efficiency. We have to aim on this because more and more conferences can be organised in our city.” The Convention Bureau of Naples collaborated in the organisation of the event for accommodation and the conference halls. During the works we will evaluate the customer satisfaction of the users to improve the experience of the passenger.
At the same time the city will be showcased with its excellencies such as the Chiostro di Santa Chiara that will host the gala dinner. Another occasion for international promotion for Naples, which confirms itself evermore as favourite location for events of high impact.
