The brand new brand puts on the network the whole commercial line and services that turn around weddings. Hotel facilities and wedding planners, restaurateurs, confectioners, catering agencies, clothes shops, florists and also photographers, video makers, animators, musicians, fireworks companies as well as car rentals.
All these professionals will be able to become part of the new destination product born from the impulse of the Local Administration with the Hotels Association to bring the Romagna city into the Olympus of wedding destinations. And, right in these days, Riccione Wedding is presented to the international market during Welcome to World Travel – Travel Trade Show of London. The plans for new initiatives are loud and clear: to bring foreigners to get married on the shores of the Adriatic on the Spiaggia degli Sposi, at the Castello degli Agolanti, the Villa Lodi Fè and also Villa Mussolini, the summer holidays residence of the Duce. It is no secret that the wedding tourism compartment is in growth: the research “Destination Weddings in Italy”, carried our last year by the Centro Studi Turistici of Florence, reveals that foreign couples weddings in Italian destinations have generated 7,043 event sin 2015, with an average expenditure per wedding of 53,998 Euros, for a total of 380.3 million of estimated turnover.
Riccione is preparing therefore to host many more “yeses”, aiming above all on engaged couples coming from the United Kingdom, Holland, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Scandinavian Countries. The marketing strategy of the new brand, reports the NewsRimini portal, includes the creation of the new logo that identifies and sets the base of a brand image, a dedicated website, the creation of promotional campaigns on foreign magazines and websites of the sector, production of gadgets, participation at fairs, organisation of courses dedicated to future wedding couples, the creation in Riccione of the first Wedding Day and the first educational for wedding planners, the organisation of a workshop dedicated to the operators of the sector and the formation of operators of wedding marketing.
