Lefay doubels in Trentino: a new project for a luxury eco resort with meeting rooms
New important developments are arriving in Trentino for the quality tourist offer. The Province and the union representatives have just signed a business agreement with Lefay Resort Dolomiti s.r.l. of San Felice del Benaco (Bs). The agreement concerns the investment planned by the company owned by the Leali family for the project of a new luxury hotel resort at Pinzolo, a famous mountain location.
The Leali family launched the Lefay Resorts project in 2006, with the aim of becoming the reference Italian brand in the international market of luxury wellness holidays, through the creation of an eco-resort collection. After the success of the first hotel facility, the Lefay Resort & Spa Lago di Garda, found in Gargnano, in the heart of the Riviera dei Limoni, the group proposes to build a 5 star luxury wellness resort at Pinzolo, within the great ski-area of Madonna di Campiglio.
The Lefay Resort & SPA Dolomiti – to date no news of it has been found on the website of the Province of Trento regarding its opening – will be perfectly inserted in the landscape: the building, on various levels above ground that respect the natural shape of the land, re-interprets the traditional architecture of the area thanks to the use of natural materials such as stone and wood and the improvement of green spaces. The building is divided into one central building inside of which there are some common areas (reception, restaurants, bar and SPA) and lateral buildings on the levels dedicated to the suites and apartments. On the whole, the project consists of 109 units, 84 of which are suites starting from 57 msq and 25 residences managed by the resort, two restaurants, two meeting rooms, and a SPA area of over 5,000 msq including internal and external swimming pools, saunas and treatment cabins.
The project, lastly, distinguishes for its great attention to environmental sustainability within the project of design and enhancement of avant-garde technologies that allow to reduce the consumption of energy and water.
