Milan, when the location is….a beautiful story: meetings at the offices of the Touring Club
It is not only one of the oldest and most authoritative pillars of the world of travel of the city, but it is also a place full of history and atmosphere. It is the headquarters of the Touring Club Italiano, the prestigious palazzo found in the city centre, only 10 minutes away from Piazza del Duomo. The space – with all its charm and its precious collection of maps and guides – is also the perfect location for corporate events and prestigious institutional meetings.
The place offers in fact two dedicated spaces, the Sala Consiglio and Sala Convegni, suitable for any kind of event: presentations, product launches, press releases, blogger day, meetings, tastings, cocktails and gala dinners. The Palazzo Touring is also the location for small exhibition and shows, shootings and video productions. The palazzo makes available for meeting planners a large foyer, small rooms and the possibility of having catering. The Sala Consiglio, relates the rich historic past of the Touring Club within its walls with paintings and century furniture, hosting 50 delegates and having equipment such as TV LCD, video projector, flip board, wi-fi connection. Recently restored, the Sala Convegni on the ground floor can host events and presentations for up to 100 people, such as gala events and special presentations. Even here there are hi-tech and wi-fi systems.
To further personalise the events, the staff of the Touring Club Italiano can organise made-to-measure activities, such as guided tours in the cultural sites that the TCI keeps open in the area of the historic centre of Milan or personalised tours reserved exclusively for the guests.
